TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read throughly! Commissioning me means you agree to these terms!

• You may use/post the commissioned piece however you want!
Private use only! You’re allowed to print my art on shirts, mugs, etc. You can use it for your profile picture, album cover, banner, etc. BUT THEY CAN'T BE SOLD OR BE USED TO GAIN PROFIT.(NFTS/Cryptocurrency/Artificial intelligence, Physical merchandise for sale, Reselling of any kind)• Once the sketch phase is approved no further changes can be made to the drawing. If changes are asked to be done after the sketch phase, it will cost a fee depending on the amount that needs to be redone.• Please be communicative! If you need anything changed or edited feel free to tell me, but don’t do it last minute when I’m almost done! Discuss all the details thoroughly with me!• Please provide as many reference pictures as possible! The more, the better!• The product will be sent through gmail/drive in the png format! if you need other file types (procreate, psd, jpeg, MOV) let me know!• Please be patient!’ll let you know when I begin working on a commission. please expect commissions to take less than 2 weeks. If you need me to be quick, please discuss a deadline before I start the commission, I’ll see if I can make it in time or not!• I will not accept what I deem to be above my skill level! and I retain the right to decline/reject any commission without reason.• I will keep you updated through email or through dm with questions and progress pictures throughout the process.• After the Commission is completed and paid I will most likely post the art on my social media unless you tell me not to.• Please remain respectful and courteous when contacting me!

PAYMENT

• Payments will be made through Paypal and must be USD ($) as currency.• All commissions must be paid up front or partially. Meaning paying 50% first, and Once the sketch phase is completed and agreed upon the rest of the 50% will be due.• I will not do refunds! unless I cannot complete the commission. At which point, I will notify you and discuss with you.
